Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients maximize the value of our services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve our product offering based on client feedback.
- Document client interactions and account status accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling opportunities and assist in the growth of client accounts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Must be available to work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
