Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Assist clients in understanding our products/services and navigating our digital platforms.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
