Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer support with empathy and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized store displays and inventory
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge
- Support store operations through stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Oregon Driver's License (for occasional store deliveries)
