Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, shipping, and product concerns efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams for complex issue resolution
- Meet daily performance metrics (calls, CSAT, resolution time)

Qualifications
