Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve product/service issues using our proprietary support ticket system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining client confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in daily team huddles to share insights and best practices
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for enhanced customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner of new software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends) based on business needs
