Responsibilities

- Assist in the processing of orders and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex services to new clients.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to refine communication and sales techniques.
- Uphold company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to commute to the Woodward Avenue office.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
