Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system.
- Resolve incoming issues and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for office role).
