- Process orders, forms, applications, and other related paperwork.
- Assist in the training of new hires and serve as a role model for company values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- A valid driver's license is required for some locations.
