Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon entry.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer service goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
