Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional information to clients regarding our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily performance targets.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
