Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Assist customers in resolving product issues and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure the accuracy and privacy of client records.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Participate in daily team meetings and weekly training sessions to improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
