Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
