Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account details, and order status updates.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into our CRM database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.
