Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately input and update customer account information and order details into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the daily operation of the customer service department to meet departmental KPIs.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role.

- Willingness to complete 2 weeks of paid training.
