Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data into our CRM systems.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders and handle returns or exchanges professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are happy with the service.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
