Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with product information, account troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and improve customer retention rates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- No Prior Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 40+ WPM is a plus).
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta office.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
