Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product lines.
- Assist in training new hires as they join the team.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
