Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for 100% satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet team targets and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
