Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to clients to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Assist in the development of new team member training materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, software, and sales processes quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred).
