Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately within our CRM system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with new information.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 30+ WPM.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
- Reliable internet connection if working in a remote capacity (on-site option available).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level role.
