Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, answer their questions, and guide them to the appropriate services or products.
- Inquiry Handling: Process incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with patience and accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments using our internal CRM software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
