As an Entry Level Representative, you will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues using a customer-centric approach.
- Accurately enter and update customer account information and transaction records.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and program improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to attend the Hiring Event in Indianapolis.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
