Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly tone.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Assist in training new hires to maintain a high standard of service.
