Responsibilities
- Greet and assist incoming customers with a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
