Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist clients with product information, account status, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on client needs.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
