Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering product-related questions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and communicate potential product improvements or service enhancements.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
