Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective, friendly solutions.
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests while maintaining detailed digital records.
