Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked with merchandise.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and store operations to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently pursuing one).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- A positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
