Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues using our CRM database and internal tools.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide product training when necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
