Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and documentation
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
