Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Secure and manage federal grants/private investments for emerging tech projects
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite boards and government innovation councils
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with $100M+ budget management
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on disruptive technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to IPO/acquisition
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (additional compensation)
