Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including loading/unloading trucks and inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Assist with assembly line tasks and quality control inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop new skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Basic English communication skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
