Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors entering the premises.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general service needs efficiently.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure public areas, lobbies, and restrooms are kept spotless and well-stocked.
- Operational Support: Help manage queues, distribute information materials, and support event setups.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and assist with basic security checks when required.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We train all new hires from scratch.
- Language: Basic English communication skills are required to follow instructions and assist guests.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Legal Status: Eligibility to work in the USA (EB3 Visa sponsorship available).
