Responsibilities
- Perform general assembly and manufacturing tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate basic industrial machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for quality defects and ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods from trucks and conveyors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- No prior specialized technical experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime as business demands.
- Eligible to work legally in the United States or willing to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
