Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance duties to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of products to meet strict deadlines.
- Operate basic industrial machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently to support supply chain operations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required for unskilled roles).
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination.
