Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Organize inventory in warehouse storage systems
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after training
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members on daily tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid work authorization or eligible for EB3 sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
