Responsibilities
- Assembly: Operate machinery and assemble products according to strict quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet company specifications and safety regulations.
- Material Handling: Move raw materials and finished products within the warehouse using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Production Support: Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Inventory Management: Assist in basic inventory checks and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible for employment in the US or possess a valid EB3 Visa sponsorship eligibility.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and understand basic instructions and safety labels in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work full-time shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately.
