Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Perform basic machine operation and material handling tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards before packaging.
- Assembly: Assist in the assembly of components or products according to blueprints and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain organized workstations and manage inventory of raw materials and supplies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or general labor is a plus but not strictly required for the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
