Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Strategy for 2026, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-gen data demands.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure and edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-impact innovation projects.
- Mentor senior engineering leadership and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments for long-term technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong background in Data Strategy, AI integration, and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
