Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for Project 2026, including long-term roadmaps and innovation goals.
- Lead the integration of advanced technologies, such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain, into scalable products.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary R&D team, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to align innovation efforts with business objectives.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Manage the annual innovation budget and secure necessary resources for pilot programs.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, product strategy, or strategic consulting.
- Proven experience managing large-scale innovation projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, machine learning algorithms, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Fintech or Enterprise SaaS sector is a plus.
