Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 product and technology roadmap, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to forecast emerging trends up to 2026.
- Oversee cross-functional project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 roadmap and report on progress to the board.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and thought leaders to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior technology leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years planning horizon).
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain) and their application in a business context.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience in the software, SaaS, or enterprise technology sector.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related technical field is preferred.
