Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology roadmap focused on 2026 goals and emerging market trends.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-generation computing architectures.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to gain competitive advantages in the marketplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into core business operations.
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and risk management.
- Present strategic insights to the board of directors and stakeholders to secure investment and alignment.
- Mentor a team of technical architects and futurists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or IT Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing trends relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
