Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the company’s 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining key milestones and deliverables for AI, Cloud, and Quantum integration.
- Conduct in-depth market research and technology forecasting to identify emerging trends that could disrupt the industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology investments with business growth strategies.
- Oversee the evaluation and pilot programs for next-gen technologies (e.g., generative AI agents, edge computing).
- Manage a budget of $5M+ for R&D and strategic technology initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, Enterprise Architecture, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
