Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product, and Executive Leadership, to turn visionary concepts into executable strategies.

- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead innovation labs and hackathons to explore next-generation solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and board members.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical audiences.
