Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan with a specific focus on achieving key milestones by 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives to pilot and scale emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) within the organization.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future strategies to the C-Suite and Board, ensuring buy-in for long-term investments.
- Resource Allocation: Direct R&D budgets and resources towards high-ROI future-tech projects.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive leadership roles.
