Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 technology roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Secure $50M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder alignment and compelling pitches
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive patent development and IP strategy to secure competitive advantages
- Present innovation frameworks to executive board and investor forums
- Mentor next-gen technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in strategic planning roles
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies to commercial success
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
