- AI & Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the research and implementation of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and autonomous systems to streamline operations.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a dedicated research division to identify emerging trends, validate prototypes, and transition viable concepts to production.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating future trends into actionable business value.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Recruit and cultivate a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers passionate about the next era of technology.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and tech stacks to ensure maximum ROI for future-focused projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years focused on strategic planning and R&D.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and formulate long-term strategies that prepare an organization for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI architectures, cloud computing, blockchain, and quantum computing trends.
