Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) and identify viable opportunities for integration.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering and strategy team to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Project Execution: Oversee the deployment of critical infrastructure projects ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
- Innovation Lab: Establish an internal R&D framework to prototype and test future state solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level strategic role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies for rapidly scaling organizations.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in a dynamic market environment.
