- Oversee the R&D budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to accelerate product development cycles.
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory changes to mitigate risk and seize opportunities.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
