Your role will involve identifying emerging tech trends, such as Generative AI and Quantum Readiness, and integrating them into our core product offerings. You will lead a team of elite engineers and strategists, driving the roadmap that will define our market dominance in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting 2026 milestones.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance engineering and strategy team.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives and ensure a high ROI on emerging tech investments.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies on emerging technologies to determine viable implementation paths.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous learning across all departments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or directorial role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale technology projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Web3 architecture.
- Strong background in P&L management and financial forecasting for technology initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and pivot strategies accordingly.
